Services, prices, booking
We provide grooming services. Scope, duration, price in hryvnia (UAH) and any extra charges are shown before you confirm. Cancel or reschedule free up to 24 hours before appointment; later cancellation or no-show may incur the reserved service price where stated at booking. Maintenance plans are optional recurring arrangements; inclusions, frequency, price and termination rules are shown before purchase. Benefits are personal unless agreed otherwise.
Advertising and liability
Objective claims about grooming results or superiority are substantiated. We make no medical claims or guaranteed results. Advertising is identifiable and not misleading under Law of Ukraine No. 270/96-ВР 'On Advertising' dated 3 July 1996. We are liable as required by law and not for indirect loss or events beyond reasonable control.
Complaints and consumer rights
