Cancellation Policy
Rules for bookings, rescheduling, no-shows, deposits and refunds on studio services and maintenance plans.
1. Prices and scope
Prices are in hryvnia (UAH) and include applicable taxes. Scope, duration, price and extra charges are shown before you confirm a booking, per Law of Ukraine No. 3153-IX "On Consumer Protection" dated 10 June 2023 and No. 675-VIII "On Electronic Commerce" dated 3 September 2015.
2. Cancellation and rescheduling
- Over 24 hours before start: free cancellation, deposit refunded.
- Under 24 hours: deposit retained as a cancellation fee.
- One free reschedule per booking if requested 12+ hours ahead.
- No-show or over 15 minutes late: full service price charged.
3. Deposits and refunds
Deposits count toward the final price. Eligible refunds are paid within 5 business days to the original payment method. Services not provided are refunded in full; unused maintenance-plan sessions pro rata.
4. Cancellation by us
If we cancel, choose a full refund or a free reschedule.
5. Complaints and redress
Write to contact@yogafllow.com or call +380 959 449 7901; we reply within 10 business days. You may also apply to the State Service of Ukraine on Food Safety and Consumer Protection or to a court. No mandatory pre-court arbitration applies.
