- Marketing emails: your prior consent, withdrawable at any time.

- Accounting records: legal obligations.
Legal framework
We process data under Law of Ukraine No. 2297-VI 'On Personal Data Protection' dated 1 June 2010 and Law of Ukraine No. 675-VIII 'On Electronic Commerce' dated 3 September 2015. Consumer and cookie rules follow Law of Ukraine No. 3153-IX 'On Consumer Protection' dated 10 June 2023 and Law of Ukraine No. 1089-IX 'On Electronic Communications' dated 16 December 2020.
Recipients and retention
We share data with hosting, booking, email and payment providers and, where required, public authorities. We do not sell data. Booking records are kept up to 3 years after service, accounting records for statutory periods, marketing data until consent is withdrawn, and cookie data for each cookie's lifetime.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, object to processing and withdraw consent via contact@yogafllow.com, in line with Law of Ukraine No. 2297-VI 'On Personal Data Protection' dated 1 June 2010.
